Room rates at the main building are:

Rates for the Annex rooms are:

Level 2
Tuscan Room $159 (includes full breakfast at the B&B)
Mundos Room $139 (includes full breakfast at the B&B)

Rates are per night for 1-2 persons per room with a minimum two-night stay*. Some weekends have a three-night minimum, including the months of April, May, June, July, August, September and October.
*Single-night, week-of bookings will be considered based on availability. In most cases we cannot guarantee a specific room on one night stays--room assignment will be based on availability. Please feel free to call or email about single-night stays!
Each additional person is $20 per night. Every room at the main building has a private bathroom.
For group bookings of 3 or more rooms, a three-night minimum is required for weekends through-out the year.
Breakfast is included in the rates. If you would like to have family members or friends join you for breakfast, please let us know the day before. There is a $15 per person charge.
One night deposit required on all reservations.
Check in is after 3pm. Feel free to come earlier and drop off your luggage. It is very important to let us know what time you will be arriving at least 24 hours before your check-in date.
Check out is noon.
In consideration of our other guests, no infants are allowed at Ray's. Well behaved children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times. We have a list of trusted babysitters available.
Cancellation Policy:
There is a $25.00 per room fee for all cancellations.
If cancellations are made within 14 days of the reservation, and we are able to rebook the rooms we will refund all but a $25.00 fee. If we are NOT able to rebook the room, you are responsible for your entire reservation.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and $US.
